User Agreement for nano4d Platform Services

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
By accessing, browsing, or using the nano4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable rules, policies, and procedures posted on the platform. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform and all associated services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nano4d. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the services offered by nano4d. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing our services from within Indonesian jurisdiction. You further acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of nano4d services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your location.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created with false information will be closed, and all funds and bonuses will be forfeited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will take appropriate action when such accounts are discovered.
nano4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations and security procedures, we require all users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents (such as KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (such as utility bills or bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in temporary account restrictions and delayed or refused withdrawal processing. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or the source of funds deposited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity. You agree to notify nano4d immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to use the nano4d platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, syndicate betting, professional gambling operations, or using the platform as an agent for third parties is strictly prohibited. You must not allow anyone else to access your account or participate in gaming activities using your account credentials.
All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information, using stolen identity documents, or impersonating another person constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
nano4d accepts deposits through various Indonesian banking channels including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
All deposits must be made from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed. We reserve the right to refuse any deposit that we believe may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers during Indonesian banking hours (typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM WIB) are usually processed instantly or within 15 minutes. Transfers outside these hours or on weekends and public holidays may be delayed until the next business day.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name. First-time withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours on business days, though external bank processing may add additional time. Larger withdrawal amounts or accounts flagged for additional security review may require extended processing times. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are displayed during the withdrawal request process. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large amounts may be processed in installments for security and operational reasons.
nano4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal eligibility is established. Withdrawals to different bank accounts or payment methods than those used for deposit may be subject to enhanced verification requirements.
nano4d may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms are provided with each promotion and must be reviewed carefully before participation.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage betting, syndicate operations, or the use of multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must wager Rp 2.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility).
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in each bonus's terms and conditions. Bets placed on excluded games or bets that exceed maximum allowed amounts do not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
Active bonuses and their associated winnings may be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, unless the promotion specifically allows partial withdrawal. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus amounts and associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or abused.
Each game available on the nano4d platform has specific rules that govern gameplay, payouts, and winning conditions. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these rules before playing. Game rules are accessible within each game interface or through our help documentation.
All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. nano4d does not and cannot influence individual game results. All games are independently tested for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
For sports betting, including football (bandar bola) markets with Asian handicap, over/under, and mix parlay (accumulator) options, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Settlement rules, including handling of postponed matches, abandoned matches, and disputed results, are detailed in our sports betting rules.
We reserve the right to void bets or withhold payouts if we determine that a match may have been subject to manipulation, that there was a technical error in odds display, or that bets were placed with insider knowledge of outcomes.
For togel lottery games (including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau), results are based on official draw outcomes from the respective lottery organizations. Draw times, bet types (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Shio, etc.), and payout structures are specified for each market. We do not control or influence lottery draw results.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
While nano4d strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical difficulties, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from platform downtime or technical malfunctions.
The nano4d platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements, that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the platform at your own risk.
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. nano4d is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the platform. You agree to gamble only with money you can afford to lose and to never use gambling as a source of income or to solve financial difficulties.
nano4d partners with third-party providers for game content, payment processing, and other services. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or any issues arising from these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after verification, but all bonus funds and pending bonus offers will be forfeited. Accounts closed due to responsible gaming self-exclusion are subject to the time periods specified in your self-exclusion request and cannot be reopened during that period.
nano4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or other users.
Upon termination for cause, all real-money funds may be forfeited in addition to any bonus funds, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of any damages or losses incurred as a result of your violations.
If you have any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding our services, you must first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting our customer support team. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution of all legitimate disputes. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint detailing the nature of the dispute and any supporting documentation. We will investigate all formal complaints and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
nano4d's decision on all matters relating to the platform, including disputes over game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account restrictions, and interpretation of these Terms, shall be final and binding. We maintain detailed transaction logs and reserve the right to rely on these records in resolving disputes.
nano4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated through email notifications or prominent notices on the platform, but you remain responsible for staying informed of current terms regardless of whether such notice is provided.
